CHARLES A. LINDBERGH(1902-1974) American aviator who, in his "Spirit of St. Louis", was the first to fly solo non-stop across the Atlantic Ocean. Bold signature on a "flown" postal cover, an air mail first flight commemorative cover from Brownsville, TX, to Mexico City, being one of the early international flights. Postmarked Brownsville, March 10, 1929, boldly signed above cachet with first flight logo "C. A. Lindbergh". Fine condition, matted with a portrait and set into a silver gilt frame. Not examined out of frame. With COA from AWA, Inc.
