Rare, vintage D.S. 2pp. 4to., [Boston], ca. 1930 In an effort to avoid prosecution for tax evasion, Genovese signs a Treasury Department Offer In Compromise, a document used to settle income taxes when the actual income cannot be determined. This particular document was signed by Genovese in blank and left with his collaborator and accountant Julius Rosengard, in Boston. Fine condition.
