Interesting D.S. as Sheriff of New York County, 1p. oblong 8vo., New York, Apr. 25, 1788, a sworn statement of Henry Williams: "...shop-keeper and being duly sworn saith that he is in fear of his life or some other personal injury being done to him by Jane Maghee of said city, Spinster - And that he..demand the peace of her for any malice or revenge but for his own safety..." Very good.
