The letter reads in full: "My dear Mr. Seely: Thank you for your note. We are having a good restand perfect service in your house. I hope to see you and express my appreciation in person. Cordially Yrs Calvin Coolidge." Signed less than a month before he was inaugurated as vice-president. Fine condition.
