Free-franked address panel "Free A. Hamilton" as Secretaryof the Treasury at lower-left, addressed in another hand to "Benjamin Lincoln, Esq. Collector Boston Massachusetts". Benjamin Lincoln (1733-1810) served as a major general in the Revolutionary War. Folds with slight toning thereat, overall quite good.
