[n.p.] Oct. 7, 1778 ordering the delivery of "a Load of Boards"; DR. SAMUEL FLAGG, Surgeon in Lt. Col. Joseph Welch's Regiment serving at Saratoga in 1777 and at Rhode Island in 1778: war-date A.D.S. 1p. [n.p.] Jan. 30, 1776, noting the settlement of an account. Together with JOSEPH WELCH, signature on a small slip removed from a document, and an intact paper seal of the State of Pennsylvania removed from a document.
