ADOLF HITLER'S SILVERWARE
A simple sterling silver fish or appetizer fork once part of Adolf Hitler's dinner service, about 6" long and bearing his early pattern "A H" monogram, hallmarked for silver content "800", with other hallmarks of a crown, Maltese cross and a half moon. Originally sold by noted militaria auctioneers Mohawk Arms, fifty-year experts in the field, listed as their lot A-41, and purchased to become part of the famous Lattimer Collection, our consignor. Still in Mohawk's packing with auction labels.
