Canadian Ross Rifle Company Model 1912, 21 in. barrel, 39.5 in. long overall, .22-caliber, a single-shot cadet training rifle. The top of the receiver is marked "Ross Rifle Company, Canada, 1912" over "Patented", with a small "crown C" proof mark. Additional proof marks appear on the rear of the barrel, with the serial number "14594". The metal components are rust-blued overall and show minor wear to the finish. The action functions as intended, although the ejector is missing. The stock is also marked with a "crown over C" proof mark, and shows handling marks overall. As with many examples of this rifle, the wrist shows a tightly repaired crack. The bore is very bright and shows no apparent pitting, with sharp rifling and a well-defined crown. NRA grade very good. Estimated accordingly. All firearms purchases must be completed through a Federal Firearms License holder, and the purchaser is responsible for all associated fees. No shipping outside of the United States.
