(1895 - 1974) Argentinean dictator deposed in a military coup but returned to power. His administration much improved the nation's welfare, but was marred by graft and corruption. Printed vintage I.S.P. 6 1/2" x 8 1/2" b/w, a formal portrait of the dictator in formal dress, boldly inscribed at bottom to Alba Maria de Ramirez, adding date "Buenos Aires, 5 of October 1951". Very light wear, very good condition.
