Along with two fine items by fellow Mercury astronaut JOHN GLENN, the first a bold signature on the face of a commemorative FDC honoring his first orbital flight, canceled Cape Canaveral, Feb. 20, 1962, and a block of four 4-cent stamps honoring Project Mercury, boldly signed in the blank margin.
