Offered together with Johnson's business card as Vice President with matching envelope; a thank you card for a Christmas gift bearing Lyndon and Lady Birds' printed signatures; and a T.L.S. from one of Johnson's assistants, 1p. 4to., Washington Feb. 10, 1965 declining an autograph request.
