Bidding Increments:
Please note the correct bidding increments as listed in the table below. We reserve the right to adjust
all out-of-increment bids to the next lowest increment on a "best efforts" basis. This process will impact the
submission time of your bid and can be a factor in determining the winning bidder.
For example, a bid of ($250) will be rounded down to ($240).
All bids are taken competitively and we will bid up to the specified
number as necessary. Please also note that we will not accept "either/or" bids or
"+1" bids.

Manuscript Society. We encourage bidders to view lots in person to inspect condition.

By car:
From North (I-95 southbound)
Follow Connecticut Turnpike (Interstate 95) to Exit 8 and take a left under the
highway. Make another left onto South State St. and staying right, go straight one
block to Canal St. and take right. Look for the 860 Canal St. building about 1/2
mile down on the left.
From South (I-95 northbound)
Follow Connecticut Turnpike (Interstate 95) to Exit 8. At the traffic light at the
end of the exit ramp, proceed straight one block, go to right lane and make right
onto Canal Street. Look for 860 Canal St. about 1/2 mile down on the left.
By train:
Take Metro North's New Haven line to Stamford; from the station it is approximately
a ten minute walk. Go north on South State Street to Canal and make a right. Follow
several blocks to 860 Canal on left side.
